CELEMIN REAL ESTATE is located in the village of Navarredonda, with a population 485. Besides basic village services available: grocery shops, bars, banks, swimming pool, tennis-courts, we too count on a great offer of rural guest houses & hotels, with several outdoor activities companies which amongst other offer: horse riding, mountain bike, nature walks, mycology... The village is at the heart of the Gredos mountain range, an area that experienced a long period of relative isolation. However, the village has come forth to the point that it now has a medical centre where medical assistance is available around the clock.
The surroundings
The village is situated at the edge of the natural park “Sierra de Gredos” at an altitude of 1600 m (5000 feet), and offers spectacular views of the whole mountain range. Walks in the direct surroundings of the village will take you along meadows, rocks, streams, brooks and rivers. The village borders directly with the park. It is fairly unknown territory in terms of tourism which has as an advantage that you have the mountains all to yourself.
Geographic situation
The Sierra de Gredos forms part of the big divide called the Sistema central which divides the Spanish plateau in its northern and southern half. The Sierra de Gredos lies at about 180 kilometres west of Madrid. Its highest peak is the Almanzor (2592 m) can be seen from the agency. The area is protected via its status of “regional nature-park”. It is famous for its mountain goats.
